Description about the painting:

Day 27 of 28 Days in February Project

This painting is inspired by Deanne Bray's vlog, "Freedom of Communication" that is based
on Deaf Child's Bill of Rights where the first amendment was not protected for Deaf children.
Many Deaf children want to go to Deaf schools. Where they can be happy and get the same
communication mode, all feel equal and with the same culture. In the painting, shows two
Deaf children very playful and happy, showing that both have the same mind, both connect
to each other. Their minds unite and their self-esteem blooms. There are only about 17 out
of 50 states who have passed the Deaf Child's Bill of Rights while others are still in progress
and some not. The signings in the painting shows, "Unity, Connection, Mind Connected",
"Equal", "Self Esteem", and "Coliation."
